The Gravel Method BWR Prep Camp is designed to prepare you for the unique demands of a Belgian Waffle Ride. From steep punchy climbs to technical terrain and high-speed transitions, BWR is unlike any other event—and your preparation should reflect that.

Over the course of camp, you’ll train on course-specific terrain, dial in your fueling strategy, refine equipment choices, and practice race execution in real time. Every session is built to remove uncertainty—so when you hit the start line, you’re not guessing, you’re executing.

Race day feels different when you’re not doing it alone. You’ll step to the start line alongside women you’ve trained with, ridden with, and prepared with—already knowing the plan and how to execute it. From pre-race hangouts to final check-ins, the morning carries a sense of calm confidence. Out on course, you’re supported by the experience you’ve built together. And when the day is done, The Gravel Method Recovery Lounge is waiting—a place to refuel, reset, and share the stories that only come from a day fully lived on the bike.

SBTGRVL Method

Rolling ranch roads, high-alpine climbs, and endless open valleys—this is SBT GRVL at race pace. Long, steady efforts and wide-open terrain reward riders who can manage power, stay patient, and adapt to changing conditions. Altitude, distance, and exposure demand respect—execution matters here. From smooth gravel to washboard and wind-swept roads, every mile requires focus, efficiency, and strategy. Sustained efforts, subtle terrain shifts, and a rhythm that tests your discipline—this is gravel that rewards control. Fueling at altitude, pacing for the long game, and managing effort when it counts—this is where races are won (or lost).

“The Gravel Method camp gave me clarity I didn’t even realize I was missing. I’ve done events before, but this was the first time I truly understood how to pace myself, fuel properly, and adapt to the terrain as it changed.

What stood out most was how everything connected—nothing felt random. The coaching, the rides, the education—it all built toward race day in a way that just made sense. I left feeling more confident, more capable, and actually excited to execute instead of just survive the race.”

[ TESTIMONIALS ]

“The Gravel Method camp completely changed how I approach gravel racing. It wasn’t just about riding—it was about understanding how to pace, fuel, and actually execute on race day. Every session had a purpose, and being able to practice it all in real time made such a difference.

Audra’s coaching is incredibly clear and practical, and you can tell everything comes from real experience. I left feeling more confident, more prepared, and with a plan I could actually trust. It’s hands down one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had as an athlete.”
— Cheerie

“I signed up for The Gravel Method camp hoping to get a little more prepared—but I left with so much more than that. It wasn’t just about the riding, it was about understanding why things matter and how to actually apply it when you’re tired, stressed, and deep into a race.

The environment was supportive without ever feeling overwhelming, and the coaching made everything feel approachable and doable. I walked away feeling stronger, more confident, and like I finally have a system I can rely on. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to show up ready—not just physically, but mentally too.”
