FAQs

is training included before camp?

For camps that include a training program, we’ll help you prepare before you arrive. If you have a TrainingPeaks account and would like your program loaded, email relentlessaudra@gmail.com so we can get you connected.

Do I need to bring my own bike?

Plan to bring your own bike unless you’ve arranged a rental or demo in advance. Contact us before booking if you need help exploring options.

Will someone help me build and pack my bike?

At camps that include bike assembly and packing, our mechanic will help get your bike ready when you arrive and packed for the trip home. Replacement parts and major repairs may cost extra.

What if something goes wrong with my bike?

Our crew will help troubleshoot and handle basic mechanical needs included in your package. If you need parts or a major repair, we’ll help coordinate the next step.

What if I’m nervous about the race?

Tell us. We’ll work through your questions, practice what we can, and make a plan that fits you. You don’t have to arrive feeling completely confident—that’s part of what we’re here to help with.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please review the Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy linked to your camp before purchasing. Refunds and transfer options depend on when you cancel and the terms of your booking.

What’s included?

Each camp page lists its specific inclusions. Depending on the camp, these may include lodging, meals, coaching, mechanical support, race entry, airport transfers, and recovery equipment. Please review your selected camp before booking.

How do airport transfers work?

Each camp page lists the airport, pickup times, and departure instructions. Check those details before purchasing flights and allow time to collect your luggage and bike before pickup.

Can I come by myself?

Absolutely. You don’t need to bring a riding buddy. We’ll introduce everyone, share meals, and spend plenty of time together on and off the bike.

Will I have time to relax or explore?

Yes. We build in downtime for recovery, shared meals, and enjoying where we are. Race-week camps balance exploring with keeping you rested for race day.

What does “race support” actually mean?

It means having people who know you and your plan in your corner. We help with preparation, bike setup, pacing, fueling, and race-day logistics. The exact support available—including on-course assistance—depends on your camp and the event’s rules.

Do I need to be an experienced racer?

You don’t need a long race résumé. You should be comfortable riding your bike and prepared for the distances and terrain listed for your camp. If you’re unsure whether it’s a good fit, reach out—we’ll talk it through.
